Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Saandipini Schools. We value the trust you place in us and aim to provide a transparent and fair experience for all our students and parents.

Fee Refund Policy:

  1. Admission Fees:

    • Admission fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  2. Tuition and Other Fees:

    • Requests for refund of tuition fees must be submitted in writing to saandipinischool@gmail.com.

    • Refunds may be considered if the request is made within 7 days of fee payment and before the academic session begins.

    • No refunds will be issued once the student has attended any class.

  3. Online Payment Issues:

    • If you face any issues such as double payment or incorrect transaction, please contact us immediately at admin@saandipinischools.com or call 9606447701, 9036067702.

    • Verified duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  4. Special Cases:

    1. In case of medical emergencies or relocation, partial refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of the school management.
